We are a small Motel with a friendly country style welcome, our motel offers the traveler comfortable and spotlessly clean accommodation.
With split system air conditioning and brand new pool/ BBQ area our motel is the perfect place to stop after a days travel through the Mallee heat.
OUR ROOMS
We pride in our spotlessly clean rooms with all that you will need from a motel room. Our rooms are always being updated, with the current additions of air conditioning, painting and fresh new carpet.

We offer a continental breakfast but please note this is not included in our room rate.
Parking
Our Motel offers parking right infront of your motel room.

We also offer off roadside parking for trailers and small trucks upon request. Please note that this type of parking is limited may not be available on your day of check in.
Please call if you are coming with a trailer or large vehicle.
Garden
Hilltop Motel is a busy place with renovations happening in all our garden areas. Please be patient with us while we renovate to include a new BBQ area and shaded pool picnic areas.

Free WiFi is offered to all our guests.
Pool
New pool is now open!
We are excited to announce the opening of our new pool area. Although there is a little more work to be done in the area, the pool is open and ready for keen swimmers.

Look for the largest Mallee stump in Australia, located at Blackburn park on the Calder Highway.
Ouyen Lake
Enjoy the newest addition to the town.
The Ouyen Lake is great for a swim or a picnic on the lush grass.
The Lake is especially best at dusk, the sunsets are the best in the Mallee.
The lake is located on the north west side of town on Scott street, next to the golf course.
Bird Life
Ouyen is a popular stop for many birding tours. Only a short drive from many of the national parks where plenty of rare bird life is seen, including the famous Mallee Foul.
